Clark, 23, will be joined by Minnesota Lynx star Napheesa Collier after they were the two most voted for players by fans.
She broke the WNBA record for the most votes in the history of the All-Star game,
Clark received nearly 1.3MILLION votes from fans, breaking the record of 700,735 that she set last year.
It will be the first time she captains in the match and will represent the East in Team Clark.
The sophomore sensation has averaged 18.2 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game and 8.9 assists per game over the season.
Clark and Collier will now have to draft their teams from a pool of WNBA stars to form their teams ahead of the clash.
The other eight All-Star starters will be split between Team Clark and Team Collier, which will be revealed TONIGHT.
The rest of the field will be selected by the head coaches from the league.
There will be plenty of support for Clark at the match due to it being held at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Fans have been left stunned by the huge backing for Clark as they reacted to the vote results on social media.
One posted: “She broke the box.”
A second wrote: “Caitlin is defining the world of women’s basketball.”
A third commented: “It cannot be a WNBA All-Star without Caitlin Clark.”
A fourth said: “She is headed for superstardom.”
Another added: “Caitlin Clark breaks records even without playing. A unique player in every way.”
Collier still managed an impressive 1,176,020 votes after her stunning WNBA season.
All-WNBA first and second team
THE 10 best players in the WNBA have been selected and named to the All-WNBA first and second team.
First team:
Caitlin Clark – Indiana Fever
Napheesa Collier – Minnesota Lynx
Breanna Stewart – New York Liberty
Alyssa Thomas – Connecticut Sun
A’ja Wilson – Las Vegas Aces
Second team:
Kahleah Copper – Phoenix Mercury
Sabrina Ionescu – New York Liberty
Jonquel Jones – New York Liberty
Arike Ogunbowale – Dallas Wings
Nneka Ogwumike – Seattle Storm
She finished the campaign with a career-record 24.5 points per game, which led Minnesota to a 13-2 record.
Meanwhile, Clark did suffer from injuries over the last season which ruled her out of more games than in her career to date.
There are fears that the injuries could persist long-term and hamper her career.
She failed to miss a game throughout her college career with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
She followed up that unblemished record by featuring in every game in her rookie season with the Fever.
There are now concerns that she could experience long-term injury issues because of the physical treatment she receives from opponents.
CAITLIN CLARK has hit another major milestone after a WNBA record was made.
The Indiana Fever star has been named one of the captains for the All-Star game on July 19.
